1 – Enter the info for your card (Add Card) and save it.
2 – Click the ‘Lookup’ button, and the balance will be returned in less than a minute.
In some cases, a merchant may not support an automatic lookup – but GCG simplifies the lookup process in another way. You would be taken to the card balance lookup page with the Card # and PIN in front of you. You click the appropriate button (Card # or PIN #), then paste it in the merchants lookup. Once they tell you your balance, just push the ‘Update Balance’ button and everything’s saved.
